Providing free, confidential telephone counselling 24/7 on 1300 22 4636. They also have a webchat service and have some helpful resources to learn more about mental health

Any time, any reason. Free and confidential. Available 24/7 for children and young people aged 5 to 25 years. Call 1800 55 1800 or use the chat service. The website also contains a wealth of information about mental health and wellbeing for kids, teens, young adults and parents/carers.

24/7 support for people impacted by domestic, family or sexual violence. Call 1800 737 732. Alternatively they also have a chat service available through their website which also contains helpful information about violence and abuse, safety planning and can help link you in with appropriate support services.

24/7 support for anyone affected by suicide. This includes anyone feeling suicidal, anyone who is worried about someone, anyone caring for someone who is feeling suicidal, and anyone who has lost someone to suicide. Call 1300 659 467. Chat service also available. Remember, always call triple zero 000 if it’s an emergency.
